Solid experiential expertise with financing includes a huge body of work with VA, FHA, conventional, owner carry, and more. Whether successfully marketing clients' homes--or finding buyers their perfect home--Dan's strengths center around property details, contractual expertise, and all-in partnering with his clients.

When he's not working, Dan likes to spend his time outdoors in this stunningly beautiful part of the country, especially when he can do so with his wife, children, grandchildren, and wonderful friends. His ideal day would be spent hiking, hunting, fishing, boating, or rock hounding with his family.
