Meet Dan Heater
Grants Pass-based broker Dan Heater has worked tirelessly in the real estate industry for over 40 years.
Dan works with many different types of clients and properties, including residential, large forest and ag parcels, ranches, specialty properties and some commercial work. Great experiential expertise with financing includes a huge body of work with VA, FHA, conventional, owner carry, and more. Whether successfully marketing clients' homes--or finding buyers their perfect home--Dan's strengths center around property details, contractual expertise, and all-in partnering with his clients.
Inspired by sharing in victories–from helping a client buy or sell their home…to making a positive difference in the lives of those around him every day--Dan strives to emulate John L. Scott’s ideals in every transaction by consistently demonstrating integrity, honesty, fairness and professionalism.
When he’s not working, Dan likes to spend his time outdoors, especially when he can do so with his wife, children and grandchildren. His ideal day would be spent hiking, hunting, fishing, rafting or rock hunting with his family.
